This structure is a seven thousand square foot highly specialized Firehouse building services the Hamlets on Fire Island, a barrier beach off the south shore of Long Island. The project involves the total reconstruction of and addition to two dilapidated facilities. The new building is a type 1 non-combustible structure and will include fire truck bays, an ambulance bay and infrastructure for an EMS service, offices, a gym, lounges and a four thousand square foot multi-use training an public meeting hall.

Richard is a highly motivated, creative, and result driven construction management advisor with over 30 years of experience as an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development, construction operations and engineering for commercial, residential and mixed use buildings. As a Development Advisor, Rick represents and advises owners through project oversight, monitoring and management. He has managed all staff activities, financial and administrative duties for some of the largest NYC redevelopment buildings, many new high-rises, hotels and more than four million square feet of commercial conversions in New York City. Our work involves field operations, estimating, property management and property development. with completed projects in various sectors of real estate including Data Centers, Healthcare Research, Commercial High Rise and Specialty Buildings and Luxury Residential projects.
