Project Management Information Software

Our projects are organized through a document software information system. The information is real-time ready for display on any smartphone, tablet or computer. We gather the information required for the Team to report up-to-the-minute status to execute projects successfully .  Project information is gathered in groups of scheduling, costing, construction documents (drawings and specifications), clarifications, revisions, change management and photos, notes or sketches.  The method of keeping track of these documents was previously entered into separate word documents or spreadsheets then placed in a binder or organized in many logs which were tedious to maintain, usually by a dedicated person, depending on the volume of documents.

This software system  monitors scheduled time, tracks drawing reviews and notifies the team for potential delayed submission returns. It allows identified items which require evaluation and potential impact of progress. It can include further in-depth information of procurement, staffing resources, and opportunities.   The software is extremely collaborative and scalable in real-time reporting and operates on any desktop, laptop, tablet and is mobile ready.

Constant flow of communications are at our fingertips which monitors and tracks design requests for information (RFI’s), material submittals and work flow, increasing quality assurance and managing or reducing risk .  This is a tool we use to manage the projects progress for Owners and stakeholders.  It engages Designers and Contractors to subcontractors, workers, in-house or on-site staff and managers.

 

Each completed project makes us even more hungry, hungry for more designs, more concepts and at least some more yodells. As a result we deliver a better construction project experience.
